Visualisation capabilities

The most powerful way to explore and fully realize the richness of information contained in the high-resolution 3D dataset from our CT systems is to use our visualization tools.

We strongly encourage the use of the incredible Drishti visualisation software. Drishti is an open-source scientific visualisation software designed by Ajay Limaye at the National Computational Infrastructure's VizLab.

We use Drishti extensively to showcase our work and is the perfect tool for producing images and movies to effectively communicate your ideas.

More Drishti information, tutorial and downloads (for Windows, Mac and Linux) are available on github.

Two open access Visualization workstations are available for booking at the CTLab for registered users.

Drishti workshops are run on a regular basis, please contact us to find out more.
